About Daniel

Not many people can say that they were born and raised in this great town and now work here. I am one of those surprisingly; however, I really love it here. I grew up with 2 brother and 2 sisters and attended K-12th grade, graduating at the top of my class. During high school I enjoyed playing varsity golf for four years. I then attended Arizona State University and received a degree in business marketing from the W.P. Carey College of Business and graduated Magna Cum Laude. After college I lived in Newport Beach, CA for about a year while I pursed a new apparel business venture. Later, I returned to my home town, Lake Havasu City, to pursue my real estate career with Coldwell Banker. In 2006 I married my beautiful wife and now have a great family with an 8 year old daughter and a baby on the way!

I worked with Coldwell Banker for the first 4 years of my career. During this time, I specialized in a new community, Havasu Foothills Estates, selling new luxury homes and land. In 2009 I joined up with Selman and Associates and joined forces with a partner and long time friend, Jeff Collins. Together, “The Collins Team” can offer more to our clients.

Before real estate I worked for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel for 4 years so I know the true standards of quality customer service. I carry over many of those standards into my real estate transactions and pledge to provide exceptional customer service to all my clients. After all we are just people serving people and I feel everyone should be treated individually.

When I am not working, I really enjoy spending time with my family and friends on the lake and wakeboarding/wakeskating.  Being a native to AZ I love the outdoors. My other passions include golfing, boating, mountain biking, traveling, off-roading, and the beach.

What I like most about real estate is dealing with people with you. It’s great meeting so many people and networking amongst them. I believe in the power of social networking and as a resident of LHC for 29 years we can really get stuff done! It's a lot of work at times, but very rewarding when I can help someone buy or sell a home in my own hometown.
